BURNING
Allow your candle to adjust to its new environment. Set it up in its new home and wait 24 to 48 hours before burning. Humidity and room temperature (which can affect the burn) vary widely from home to home.
For the first burn allow the candle to burn until the melt pool reaches the edge of the container. Typically this means burning the candle for a few hours.
When you allow the candle to reach a full melt pool you prevent the candle from tunneling and leaving residual wax on the sides of the container.
Trim your wick before each burn. For wood wicks trim to around 1/8". For cotton wicks trim to 1/4".
Burn your candle for around two hours each time. Never burn your candle for longer than four hours at a time.
The best tool for extinguishing a flame is a candle snuff.
Don't leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Always burn on an even surface that is heat resistant.
Allow your candle to cool before moving or covering with the lid.
FROSTING, BUBBLES, ETC.,
If your candle has a frosty or bubbly top after burning don't panic, this is completley normal and will not affect the burn of your candle. This is the nature of natural soy wax.
STORAGE
Allow the candle to cool and the wax to harden before covering with the lid.
Store away from direct sunlight.
